For current LPNs and those who have completed a Nursing Fundamentals course as part of a reputable Nursing program within the last 2 years, with a final grade of C+ or higher. Application, transcripts, and non-refundable $50 application fee must be submitted by November 2nd in order to be considered. Call 315-787-4008 to pay application fee.
Students interested in the Registered Nursing program must have Anatomy & Physiology I (4-credits) and Chemistry with a C or higher, within the last 5 years. Application, transcripts, and non-refundable $50 application fee must be submitted by June 1st in order to be considered. Call 315-787-4008 to pay application fee.
