Transcript Requests

There is no fee for transcripts, and you may order as many as you need. However, requesting more than one transcript at a time to your school of intent can cause delays. Please allow for delivery and processing time before requesting another.

We do not have any control of the transcript once it leaves our facility via U.S. Mail or secure portal. You will need to follow up with your designated recipient to confirm receipt.

Keep in mind that your recipient may require some time to process your transcript after it is delivered. It is important that you allow for delivery time and confirm receipt with your recipient after the sent date.

The issuance of transcripts and proofs of enrollment will be suspended during holiday and vacation periods. Please plan your course timing accordingly.

A copy of your transcript can be obtained via Empower. Once in Empower, you will select the “Forms” tab, then click “Transcript Request”. If you do not remember your Empower Username or Password, please visit the “Forgotten Password” tab.

Please note that if you provide an email address and no physical address, you will receive an unofficial transcript.

If you do not have access to Empower, please email with the following information:

  • Your Name
  • FLHCON Graduation Year
  • Name of School Receiving Transcript
  • Email Address for Recipient (Unofficial Transcripts)
  • Physical Address for Recipient (Official Transcripts) Please be sure to include Name of Recipient, Street, City, State, and Zip Code.
