Your Finger Lakes Health College of Nursing & Health Sciences (FLHCON) transcript is the official, permanent record of all the undergraduate courses you have taken while attending FLHCON. In accordance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), your FLHCON transcript can only be released with your written authorization. FLHCON has partnered with Parchment Exchange to manage the ordering, processing, and secure delivery of official transcripts.

Official transcript requests cost $5 per address/email address requested, and are payable through the Parchment Exchange network via credit or debit card.

Need an Unofficial Transcript?
An unofficial copy of your FLHCON transcript contains the same coursework information as your official transcript, but is not suitable for transmission to third-parties for purposes of transfer or evidence of course/degree completion.
A copy of your unofficial transcript can be obtained on Empower (select the “Student Records” tab, then click “Complete Academic Record”). If you do not know or remember your FLHCON username or password, please call (315) 787-4005.
